Description
This resistance welding
system greatly simplifies welding times for circuit
boards. In addition, its simple user interface makes programming different boards as easy as
drawing them to scale with any CAD/CAM system capable of
exporting DXF or IGES files. X-Y slides are
mounted on a high quality steel table and controlled by
Torchmate II CNC software giving it a useable area of 18”
x 24” or greater. AeroSpec customizes the table
to fit all types of applications - circuit boards and
beyond. Our UL Listed control enclosure at the
heart of the system holds the pneumatics and CNC
electronics.
